Don't Kill The Messenger!

Liberty Dispatch has received information, which indicates the FBI (professionals) have recently questioned Liberty County Commissioners concerning their connection to FEMA fraud and other possible official misconduct.

Informants to Liberty Dispatch have alleged those connected to Liberty County Judge, Phil Fitzgerald have been attempting to intimidate Cleveland Advocate/Dayton News/Eastex Advocate News Editor, Vanesa Brashier and District Judge, Honorable Chap Cain. The intimidation has come in the form of comments calling on the hopeful demise and alleged possible financial reward for the same. Those threatened have contacted authorities concerning the perceived threats and innuendo. It is believed the threats have initiated because of probable indictments against Liberty County Judge, Phil Fitzgerald and others, which are believed to be imminent.

The refusal of Liberty County Law Enforcement (sic- Ranger, Frank Huff) to investigate the charges against Liberty County Commissioners/County Judge- along with the Liberty County District Attorney’s office (sic- DA, Mike Little) failure to pursue charges, are clearly criminal acts of official misconduct and selective prosecution.

Liberty County voters will clearly be challenged during the upcoming election to clean house in one of the most corrupt courthouses in the State of Texas. Political challengers, who run against those 'ingrained' in the corrupt Liberty County Courthouse, will have an easy time with a historical sweeping change.

Mike Little, Fairchild, Arthur, and Huff are peas in a pod, have gotten away with lots of crimes against the people but one day, they will have to answer. Has anyone ever noticed how Mike Little looks almost exactly like Hitler?

I wonder who is going to run against Mike Little, one two, or three people. Heck the public would vote for anyone but him, even Gary Bunyard.

Little, you have done this to yourself with your political vendettas.

YOu forgot to add "Fitzgerald" to that list of Mike Little Cronies, that is how Fitzgerald skated any heat from the DA's office- CORRUPTION!
Wake up Liberty County, no one is safe with Little as DA, only his partners in crime.
Thank you Liberty Dispatch

What is good for the goose is good for the gander. Both these two birds, Cain and Fitzgerald should be caged.

Someone wrote "don't forget Carson for the so-corrupt", what do you mean? I know a Carson and if it is the same one he is not corrupt?

Dennis Odell should be thanked for the information he gave to the authorities in the investigation of Phil Fitzgerald and others. It is not easy inform on your courthouse associates and give information and alleged illegal activities.

Vote Dennis Odell for commissioner or county judge!

So, who are the prospects for the upcoming Liberty County elections? We have only heard of one person who has announced their candidacy for the office of County Judge but haven't heard much, as of yet, on County Clerk, County Commissioners and other upcoming political races.
