MAIL TAMPERING CRIME COULD BREAK THE STRANGLEHOLD DEMOCRATS HAVE HAD ON VOTERS

For voters who are going to vote in the race for Liberty County Attorney where Mark Beausoliel is a Candidiate, this is a reprint of a historical story shedding light on some of his corrupt and illegal activities, there are more stories we will be reposting.... Enjoy and welcome back to Liberty Dispatch!

(April 21, 2010, LIBERTY, TEXAS) What happens next, as we wait on the feds to tell the public who was actually seen on that Kinko/Fedex video tape copying and faxing the stolen mail sent to a District Judge here in the Liberty County courthouse?

In the “what if” game, we can only guess how badly Democrats would like to bundle this crime up and put it at the footsteps of a Democratic officeholder like the County Judge Phil Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald’s troubles have already sunk his political ambitions and he has already been thrown overboard as Democrats went to the polls and chose Kingwood’s Bill Morrison to run for County Judge against Republican Craig McNair.

Of course, Democrats would love even more to tie this around Michelle Merendino’s neck and leave everyone else out of it. Then they could claim it was just a Republican candidate trying to get an edge on her opponent. But it has been known in some circles for weeks before the election that Merendino was recruited and supported by Judge CT Rusty Hight to run against Judge Cain. So well known in fact that before the election, Liberty Dispatch posted a letter to the Editor from a former Republican Party Chairman endorsing his former political adversary (Judge Cain) and talking about the potential for cleaning up the courthouse if Cain was elected.

But “what if” this is a clan that doesn’t revolve around just Fitzgerald or Merendino, what if someone like our example is involved? Perhaps the feds are taking so long because the video tape is just the beginning of trying to gather the names of the people involved in this.

As was said before, just take Elizabeth Beausoliel as an example of how far reaching this would be if it were someone like her. She has always been a prodigy of former Liberty County Democratic Party Chairman John Archer and his wife Nancy, the current local Democratic Party Chairwoman. She herself is a former Chairwoman of the local Democrat Party. Her families ties to the Zbraneks and Hight is well documented. Some have even said they thought Beausoliel was Hight’s campaign manager when he won his first four year term. If it were true that someone as high up on the Democratic pecking order as Beausoliel is the one who was at Kinko's then this scandal involves a democratic operative trying to deceive voters in a Republican primary race. What was her motive?

In this “what if” scenario, would Beausoliel’s husband's anger with District Judge Chap Cain over a wrongful death case referral be the motivating factor? Or was stealing the judge’s mail and trying to trick voters into thinking the Republican was accepting illegal contributions part of a bigger strategy with an entire clan of politicians weighing in to try and defeat Cain. It is well known that the other District Judge, CT Rusty Hight, wanted to defeat Cain badly. Did Hight and his handpicked candidate, Michelle Merendino and others help develop a “whatever it takes” strategy to beat Cain? Who wrote the cover letter that falsely accuses Judge Cain? Are the feds taking a little longer to release the name of who is actually on the videotape because it is a real life scenario that has larger implications? Is it a conspiracy of criminal magnitude? Has one or more county employees along with others committed a federal offence that will get all over the Democrats in the fall.

In what other ways are all of these people connected? Do they have business ties? Are they financially beholden to each other? The answer is a resounding YES YES YES! Evidence will come to light in the near future connecting the money trail. The taxpayers may or may not be aware that Elizabeth Beausoliel went from Liberty County Democratic Party Chairwoman to a newly created job in the courthouse. Beausoliel is paid from taxpayer money to take care of the “’Liberty County Law Library”. Her duties and the time involved in her job are not known at this time, but we know she is paid a significant amount of money for what is thought to be a minimal amount of work.

Liberty Dispatch has predicted all along that this could be the nastiest campaign season in a long time. It has gotten a good start. With the Hight, Zbranek, Fitzgerald, and Archer team carrying so much Democratic baggage from the past few years, the public needs to brace themselves for what they will be spread about the Republican challenger lineup. The “we may be bad, but so are they campaign” has come to town and get ready for some real doozies.

Maybe if Mark B. wasnt such a corrupt slimebag and would have charged Norman Brown with his apparent open meetings act crimes, Liz's crimes wouldnt be coming out publicly. Way to go Mark, youre a real dumbhead, cant get elected as dog catcher and people that wouldnt %iss on you if you were on fire are going to indirectly cause your honey to start wearing fashionable bright orange jumpsuits.

Liz Hulvey Beausoleil DID run Rusty Hight's campaign when he was elected district judge in 2002. That is public knowledge.

Figures, Liz and Hight ware trying to hammer Cain with another indictment. Mike Little tried to indict Cain in one of Cains own grand jury. Mike Little, you are a piece of $hit and Cain will get you before you can ever get him. You dont have the brain and your not built right to get one over on Cain.

Thats right, Hight, Merendino, Liz B., Mark B., Little and Zbranek, what a team! A real dream team of lateral lines down under the Liberty Courthouse sewer. All full of $hit!

Right, I heard Mark Beausoliel is working for DA, Mike Little. Two floaters...

Here we go again. Some of these people only have a couple of responses to allegations about their little mafiaosa crew: "Ray Akins is bad" or "'Chap Cain is bad". When the dust clears we will all see what courts outside of Rusty Hight's say about all of this. Democrats better take notes from Fitzgerald.....you can't bundle up enough money to successfully defend yourself against some of the things that will come to light.

They have chained you up and drug you before their kangaroo court Ray, and they still fear you. They know you will go the distance. They are use to dealing with people who have no choice but to throw in the towel. They fear you because of what you have already done, but they should fear you for the "cards" you are yet to play. I know what you did here in Missouri. I know a little about how you deal with these blood sucker politicians. "Wait until you can see the whites of their eyes" huh Ray?

Look what Little, Beausoliel and Arthur did to Janet Harrelson. When they are disbarred and wearing orange, they will think back to what they did to Janet and others.

I would definitely vote for Mark Beausoliel to be the local trash collector, but I don't know about dog catcher. Wasn't he awarded over a million dollars for referring a wrongful death case to some ral attorneys over in Beaumont. In fact, didn't some little secretary over in the courthouse really set that up for Beausoliel, and he did near close to nothing to get that much of the poor widow's share of the settlement? I wouldn't want anyone's dog exposed to that kind of lowlife stuff if Beausoliel were elected dog catcher.

Mike Little is definitely our man for dog catcher. Of course he would pick and choose what stray dogs he would go after.

Since we are re-assigning some of our local political animals to the job they should have, how about Rusty "C.T." Hight for H.U.D. Director. Hight loves to play paperwork games with rental property.

When this comes out I have my money on the (Lisa, "i run this courthouse" Fregia)to be the one with her hand in the cookie jar!

Hey Akins, Cain got elected. So what is your beef now? Who cares about the mail bag. Who are you trying to be now, Geraldo? There is nothing there but somebody having a bad moment and crossing a line they wouldn't normally cross. You should have used Janet Harrelson as your "what if". Had you used Janet you may have actually stumbled on the real little culprit.

Had Liberty Dispatch used Janet Harrelson as an example, they could have gone back into all of the connections that case had to Zbranek, Greg Arthur, Mark Beausoliel, and others that Janet was forced to take all of the heat for. Perhaps LD should have compared this incident with Rusty Hight changing court documents in order to try and win a custody case for a client. Perhaps LD could have questions the hand slap Hight received for his appalling actions to what should happen to this criminal. Or maybe encouraged a stiffer penalty so one of the perps doesn't some day run for district judge.

So let's be real for a moment. You have toyed with your audience, now tell us who really did this, if anyone. The fact is that Akins never knows what he is talking about.

Thanks Mr. Akins for helping us get the candidate that has the best chance of winning the County Judge's seat. I am a friend of all three of our candidates and thought Stephenson might regret winning because of how these sharks go after any perceived blood in the water. Thanks for helping us get a County Chairman that is not sitting on the fence about whether he wants Republicans or Democrats elected. And thanks for taking on that notso clever deceiver that runs KSHN. Keep up the good work and kick theor tails in court.

As The Courts turn in liberty County. This all sounds like a soap opera. It would make a great story for a new Soap Opera. There would be plenty of people to kick off this show, because they are all involved in this scandal. Then you could throw in this scam Hospital District as The Guiding Light of Liberty County. Twin Cites, Liberty-Dayton. (Sodeman & Gamora)

What about Cain double dipping off the tax payers of Chambers and Lib Co. This website is way to one sided. No matter how bad you wish it wernt true you still know old Chappy is still a Democrat at heart. You better be prepared to prove all your allegations and i know you cant. Anger does not help a personal vendetta. You really need to find something better to do with your time then make up lies.

"What doesn't come out in the wash will come out in the rinse." I first heard this saying about a year ago while visiting a very distinct community. From experience, I'm finding it to be true. Jesus knows the heart and I believe that with complete trust in Him the honest will be always be vindicated.

And to go along with that "saying" is one that I remember seeing on the calling card of an old school Game Warden many years ago...."Punishment is justice for the unjust". Nuff said!!

Liberty County DA, Mike Little is swimming in the deep ocean and has a boat anchor around his neck and its name is Janet Harrellson.

I'm wondering why everyone is leaving out Judge Taylor in the Janet Harrelson case. He most likely is the most guilty one of all. Maybe it's because he is retiring. Maybe he was made an offer he couldnt refuse, retire or else. Which ever it is, I know the local Law Enforcement Agency's are too happy to see him go away.

So where did the FEDS go? What has the state bar had to say about Beausoleil's conduct? What became of the Liberty Police Report naming suspects?? The works of Liberty County's political machines, past and present, makes it's way to the surface.

Again, why has there been no reporting or investigations?? Crickets.

Good question, about the Feds and where they went. They are almost always hands off in local matters, that falls mainly to the Rangers. I'm sorry to say that they (Rangers) have some good people but like any other organization they have their bad apples too. Apparently the new Ranger Brandon Bess has taken a new interest in Liberty County unlike his predecessor who looked the other way at what his friends were doing wrong. That' being said, I believe the statute has run on Mark Beausoliel's and his wife's crimes. The coast is obviously clear for him to dirty up public office again. Last time he was working for the Liberty County attorney's office he used it as a cash cow to do lots of dirty dealings off the books to line his pockets - everyone who works in the courthouse knows what he did but many of the voters are in the dark and Beausoleil knowing this thinks he can pull one over on the families of Liberty County and "slip into office" before anyone figures out what's going on. I also know it's been mentioned by many in Liberty County that this man is clearly anti gun and makes no bones about how he is going to prosecute lawful gun owners to make a political point. Additionally, it's well known by the law enforcement community that he is very anti law enforcement, which I also find very disturbing. I'm not going to go on anymore for now, just know this county will be in big trouble if this man gets anywhere near a public office again. It would be almost as bad as Mike Little going back into public office - this is something our families cannot afford.

This was an interesting story from 2010... Shit never changes, just the faces change.

Yes, the statutes have run out on most, if not all, of Beausoleil's bits of criminal mischief. What we do now is ensure he doesn't haven't have the means to do it, again, from public office.

Still begs the questions of how did the statutes come to run out? Where were our news reporting outlets? Where did the Federal investigation go? What did become of the report filed with Liberty Police Department? Why is everything tied to this guy buried and such a secret?

Excellent questions...
