Sex, Lies and Drugs- CEC Jail Corporation

Liberty Dispatch has just been given information that Liberty County CEC Jail Warden and CEC Jail Corporation employee Chief Kenny Nunn have been fired. Timothy New has allegedly caused Liberty County many lawsuits... allowed deviant sexual perversions between jail personnel and inmates, allowed rapes, allowed and looked the other way at prisoner abuse, allowed and looked the other way at personnel bringing contraband/drugs into the jail and a host of other bizarre civil rights violations.

Most recently Timothy New and CEC Jail employee Chief Kenny Nunn have been the focus of a lawsuit alleging they hatched a furlough scam on our honorable 75th Judicial District Court- all to get a female inmate where they could have her satisfy their deviant sexual desires.

The mentioned allegations beg the questions… Will Sheriff Henry Patterson look the other way at all these crimes of people he works with and sanctions? Will Henry Patterson continue to hide his personal relationship with Timothy New and Chief Nunn? Will Sheriff Henry Patterson continue to selectively prosecute his enemies and give his friends a pass?

Stay tuned to this story as it evolves, it is far from over and the ripple effect could bring indictments down on Timothy New, Kenny Nunn, LCSO employees and maybe even Henry Patterson himself.

far too many law enforcement, violating and running from the law, themselves. Hope it changes, some day.

If Patterson doesn't arrest these two it will tell me alot.

Sespool at old jail, dating service at new one?

bad year for chiefs/good year for house cleaning. In addition to these two, Cleveland has fired all three chiefs- most, for the same problem: zipper control malfunction (city PD, city fire, school district PD.)

Anonymous said...

There's three more deposed chiefs.

A. The Cleveland school board president didn't run for re-election,
B. the LCSO sheriff was defeated this spring, and
C. the chamber chief is out of the civic center, (and down by 45%, in the chamber's members.)
Only the latter two remain on the job- however temporary, that might be.

The Cleveland mayor will join the list, by term limits, next June (leaving a 2013 deficit of almost half a million, millions in city debt-

(from the four multimillion dollar building projects-mostly to be given away, all at taxpayer expense: i.e.
1)the $3M civic center- to be given to the chamber,
2)the EMS/fire bunkhouse- to be given to the outside contractor;
3)the new city hall-to give the old one to her personal family delusion museum, and
4)the $2M ballfields- to be given away to little leagues))

plus tens of thousands in sales taxes, to be repaid to the state of Texas.

Also, the Tarkington school sup't left for a principal job in Sheldon. The Cleveland school sup't has his house up for sale, and was given a contract non-renewal (by zero to 7 vote) last Feb. His job search, to relocate, continues. Two other Cleveland school board members (Tullos and Lewis-Adams) have moved away, and vacated their board seats.
We'll see who else joins the list after November's elections...

hmmmm "house cleaning"? nice start

hope the house cleaning wave goes viral- countywide, statewide, and national. November could be quite interesting!

NEWSFLASH: LD, you HAVE their attention!

Cleveland city council is getting hit with these blogs' truths, and are determined "not to be remembered this way." (quote: Jill Kirkonis- lame duck mayor)
Fat chance that they'll clean up the half million dollar deficit for 2013, nor the millions in debt for give aways, with which they've saddled the citizens' wallets, for decades to come. Thank GOD for term limits, next June...

I hope Morefield stomps a mud hole in Timothy New and Kenny Nunn's @ss.

Is this the place where the famous DS plays? The same guy who ems was called to his home a short while back?

Anonymous said...

Why was EMS called to DS's house? Curious minds want to know.

yeah, the city needed help with the mayor's huge deficit, and needed some billable insurance (and not medicaid, with Obamacare's constant reimbursement cuts.) Glad they could help out. Of course, they chose to use competent facilities, and nothing in town (not to mention, local ground service, instead of the out of town air service.)

After all, would you even want a splinter, or hangnail, removed locally? I wouldn't. lmao
and thanks for all the HIPAA violations. Such a wonderful town.... (the gang rapers weren't the worst citizens)

NEWSFLASH: Montrose would be so proud of Cleveland's newest image: for homecoming, the crowned two queens- a queen and a "queen."
This story is already linked to the Advocate, so you can go read it there.

awww, c'mon LD. Don't teach Cleveland that there's tens of millions in billable insurance policies. Let them keep their current delusions- relying on the bush league basketball team, the airshow, a fixed boxing match, the ludicrous tourist potential of the place, and the non-existent racetrack. It's truly hilarious.

After all, we only want the medicaid folks using ems as an ambulance, NOT the folks who can really get them a windfall profit! lol

uh, don't forget the huge tourist bucks potential of the barnett puppet museum. NOT! Now, there's an office that owes the entire city an apology- especially the two dozen mayors and families who aren't allowed/featured in it. It's an old, old schoolyard system: bullying by exclusion. It's dishonest, and it's wrong; but that's Cleveland- top to bottom!

and..., don't tell them that the bypass is now open (actually, BOTH of them, counting US 59 as the north/south bypass.) Yes, the town's business district is now bypassed, to the east/west, as well. Hellooooo, shuttered ghost town!

Let them find out, the hard way, that 85% of the red light ticket revenue came from out of town vehicles, that can now bypass all three cameras.

Also, don't tell them, that those are the same vehicles (out of town ones), that used to be the clientele of the diners, tire shops, and fast food joints. Let them see, first hand, what happened to all the route 66 businesses, bypassed by the interstate system. I'm watching Disney's CARS tonight, realizing the similarities, and lmao.

Anonymous said...

oh, oh. That will complicate the lease payments on all those squad cars, bought depending on future red light camera revenues. Brilliant planning, as the bypass was begun several years before the red light cameras...

Cleveland just voted for a major tax increase. Look in the Advocate. Only dissenting votes were up for election next May. Politics, politics. Never believe election year posturing.

Anonymous said...

^^^typical. Got the red light moneys, got USED to that amount of money, loses payers to the bypass, and.... gives every LOCAL homeowner in town a property tax increase---equalling, a red light ticket each, every year! (minus the cut of the red light vendor)

RECALL election, now!

Anonymous said...

OMG can't even be a law abiding citizen, and avoid fines. Now, we have to pay red light fines, regardless! This way, they don't even need the city judge, to collect it (who, by the way, just got her hours cut to 1 or 2 per day.)

Somebody, start the recall petitions.

and they complain about declining property tax values, but STILL won't annex CR 3180 and 3184, with over $2 million in property values. They're less than half a mile from Eastside school, and just across the bypass. Those roads, especially Village Lane, have too many city fathers on them- working in the city, living off the city, and avoiding city taxes. That includes a prominent minister, several prominent businessmen, and Melvin Hunt.

Cleveland approves a 13.6% property tax increase, justifies it, and gets away with it? That population is totally brain dead. Somebody needs to pronounce them and bulldoze the place.

I just don't understand Cleveland's reasoning for building all of those money pits, especially on pure, fiscal speculation-with money that they didn't have, or reasonably expect to have (city hall, civic center, ball fields, airport expansion, museum, visitor's bureau, leased squad cars-speculating on red light fund futures.) I can point to a couple of similar examples, and ask "how's that working out for you," such as the Liberty County old WalMart, or the Harris County Astrodome.
As a result, they've doubled the water bills, made staff cuts, cut hours, and adopted a huge property tax increase. Yet, they refuse to consider the elimination of the money pits, rescind the universal building codes, fire the corrupt and incompetent: (city secretary, chamber ceo, building inspector, red light fund manager) or vote out the "onward, through the fog," brainless clique. Worse still, they recalled the black council members, for no greater crime than firing the city manager, who recommended and participated in much of this- shaking my head in disbelief!

that town is the poster child for forced sterilization. Liberty County's poster would read: have you had your north end spay and neutered?

Anonymous said...

^^^^love it! Let's have a cat, dog, and Liberty County on a billboard. They would all face right, while a sign behind them says "north" and points left. The caption would read, as above: "Have YOU had your north end spay or neutered"?
I wonder if the SNAP mobile clinics would approve (or help)? lmao

Anonymous said...

While you're doing the spay and neuter routine, don't forget Moss Hill!!! Of course, that qualifies as 'north county' too.

There's a cheaper solution. Recommend them as a secret test site. They'd fit the criteria: useless (and who'd care.)

The north end of Liberty County may have its problems with that idiot Tookie Kirkham and that lazy Henry Patterson buzzing around, but think of what comes in from the west and the south. You have Robert Valdez coming in from Fresno and reporting the news from his “alternate world” and you have “Fast Eddie” furiously peddling his air-condition free filth mobile in under the cover of dark inventing his view of things from the hazy fog of all of the drugs and misconceptions and lies he has exposed himself to
