Hernandez began traveling to Austin-area homes starting in the 1960’s and hold nondenominational religious services. It was not discovered until this year that he has been possibly assaulting many children over the years.

The first victim to come forward claimed she was assaulted in 1998, and Hernandez paid her $20 to keep quiet and also threatened to harm her. The victim told her mother, who wanted to go to the police. Hernandez allegedly asked her for forgiveness.

There is nothing more bad than someone that is in a position of trust that takes advantage of people big and small.
