Fitzgerald charged with assault at court

"Just minutes after court was concluded, a 911 call was made by Hardin city workers after an attack on Terry and Bergman was allegedly made by Josh Fitzgerald inside of Terry’s office.

City workers said that Josh Fitzgerald had left the building and returned, asking to speak to Terry and Bergman.

Once inside Terry’s office, Josh Fitzgerald reportedly shouted profanities at the women and threatened to “[expletive] them up and [expletive] up their lives,” one city worker said.

The court bailiff, who was still on hand, detained Josh Fitzgerald until sheriff’s deputies arrived. Former Texas DPS Trooper Donnie Smith also showed up at city hall and appeared to be acting as a counsel to the Fitzgeralds during the subsequent inquiry."

We all need to take notes when yet another public servant, Trooper Donnie Smith, identifies themselves as an enabler to the Fitzgeralds. Fitzgerald still should be indicted by a Liberty County Grand Jury for his FEMA actions. His son Josh is not a good enough lawyer to dig him out of the FEMA mess if it is pursued. Mike Little is gone but is anyone in the D.A. office or the County Attorney's office "free" from FEMA Phil's influence enough to light himup over his $million$ plus deal?

Taught to behave ever how he wants to regardless of laws and what all us "little people" may think?

Can't wait to see what that tool-job of a county attorney does with this Democrapic situation. Watch 'em do the two-step around this one.

This Smith fellow has a reputation for choosing what laws and what people he wants to follow his protocol with. He is a lawsuit waiting to happen. His pension would look good in one of the victims bank accounts of one of his picking and choosing.

Can we start a fund up to pay for a moving truck to pull up to former county judge Fitzgerald's house and move him to Louisiana or Chicago? He would fit in better there. We all know he would not object to us paying for his personal expenses.
